Sparta, 5/25 – The Sparta Varsity Golf Team exhibited their exceptional skills and determination at the highly anticipated OK Silver Conference Tournament, which took place at Pilgrim's Run Golf Club. The Spartans finished in 5th place, shooting their lowest score of the season and demonstrating their potential for future success.

Led by Senior Noah Momber, whose impressive score of 85 showcased his talent and consistency, the Spartans had much to celebrate. Momber's outstanding performance earned him the well-deserved recognition of All-Conference Honorable Mentioned, solidifying his place among the conference's elite golfers.

Contributing to the team's overall score were Max Benham with a commendable 91, Carter Genther with a 96, and Wyatt Burelson with a 106. Their collective effort and commitment to excellence propelled the Spartans to their impressive season-low score.

 The tournament's ultimate victors were the Mustangs of Northpointe Christian, who successfully defended their conference title and secured the OK Silver Championship.

With their heads held high, the Spartans are now focusing their attention on the upcoming regional tournament at Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, scheduled for Wednesday, May 31st. They are determined to build upon their recent success and continue to excel on the golf course.
