Tuesday at the Metro Health Scholarship meet many PR's and records fell as the boys track team ran many of the area's best athletes.  The lone first place finisher went to Greg Janesak in the 3200 running his PR of 9:42.  Owen Metzger broke the freshman 800 record running 2:00.66.  The 800 relay team of Nathan Warner, Zach DeKorne, Jayden Cochrane and Joe Dekorne broke the 9/10 record running 1:36.78.  The 1600 relay team of Zach DeKorne, Joe DeKorne, Jayden Cochrane and Jackson Jones broke the 9/10 record by running 3:36.53.  An amazing race transpired as the 3200 unfolded with all 4 guys running PR's including Greg, Isaac Meyers and a 20+second PR by Justin Bradford and Adam Ogg both running 10:33.  Other impressive PR's were recorded by Zach DeKorne and Nate Seekman in the pole vault, Noah Momber and Jonah Deems in the 800 and a 6 second PR by Carson Wood in the 1600.  The boys take on the entire state on Friday at the MITCA Team State Championships in Berrien Springs.  Congrats and good luck Friday!
