The Sparta Boys outmaneuvered the West Michigan Aviators 58-49 in front of a sold-out Aviation hanger crowd on Thursday night.  Chase Wilson flew lead, scoring 24 points, and he had plenty of wing men: Sam Kerska scored 10 and Conner West had 9.  The Bruise Brothers, T.J. DeVary and Hayden Degraaf, tallied 7 between them, with many rebounds and floor burns, as well.  Jax Wilson contributed 6 points.  Samuel Whitmore dominated the glass and patrolled the lane.  "Big" John Rozema did some solid board work, while Sumer Singh was an ace on defense.  Justin "Moose" Mataliewicz made his Spartan debut and was not one bit shy about mixing it up. Despite being severely outnumbered, the Sparta Nation Senior Blue Crew stifled the West Michigan cable access (local channel 7) crowd with their constant whirling dervish of charisma! On to Little Caesar's Arena for the winners, as they take on Gibralter Carlson December 26th in a Christmas Megabowl.
