Last week recap:

- On Friday (2-3) your varsity Spartans wrestled in the OK Silver Individual Conference Tournament with the opportunity to win the conference title outright (after going 4-0 in conference dual action this season).  Down 3 starters and only entering in 12 of 14 weights, we were able to do just that... with all 12 wrestlers placing in the tournament and taking first place as a team! Wrestlers placing were:

- 106: Elijah Troost (3rd)

- 113: Joe DeKorne (1st), All-Conference Honors

- 120: Zach DeKorne (2nd)

- 126: Mason Hendrick (2nd)

- 132: Micah Muller (3rd)

- 138: Cy Aune (4th)

- 150: Crosby Elliott (4th)

- 157: Kyan Larson (1st), All-Conference Honors

- 165: Gabe Gair (1st), All-Conference Honors

- 175: Hunter Parmentier (4th)

- 215: Garrin Tuenissen (1st), All-Conference Honors

- HWT: Dustin Warner (1st), All-Conference Honors

- The team will now focus their attention to post season action as we compete for a District Title in Cedar Springs on Wednesday the 8th.  We wrestle Cedar Springs in the semi-finals, with the winner facing off against state ranked Greenville in the finals.  Wrestling starts at 5:30 pm.  Hope to see you there!

- The District Individual Tournament will be held at Hastings HS on Saturday the 11th.  Those who place in the top 4 will move on to the Regional Tournament at Lowell on the 18th.  Wrestling should start around 10 am.  Hope you can make it!
